I was one of them. So instead of sitting back and watching, I built something.

Behind the scenes, we created detailed spreadsheets, application forms,
and SOPs to kick off the initiative, matching and coordinating manually.
Built the matching infrastructure
Recruited a team of fans
I was prepared to do this alone, until six fellow fan friends
from across the country joined to help manage the volume. Their
support and initiative to make this happen alongside me is a lived-out
definition of "together, together."
Launched the content
Announced the ticket box with carousel posts plus a viral video
sharing what to do if you didn't get Harry Styles tickets.
Made it monthly
What started as a one-time drop became a monthly series running
through the entire tour. As the shows have now started, we have
opened shorter city-specific boxes as well to help get as many
to the shows as possible.
THE MATCHING SYSTEM
Every buyer and seller who enters the ticket box is tracked manually based on specific criteria, and are all coordinated in real time across the globe.
